CHIEF ENGINEER

He or she will responsible for efficient operation of the property and all its equipment, maintenance and repair services.


Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following:

· Minimum of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years in property maintenance experience in international four/five stars hotels of which five (5) in a leading position.

· Diploma or degree in Engineering (mechanical), Engineering (Civil) Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

· Proven track record in renovations and project management

· Strong experience in property maintenance system and energy conservation.

· Strong experience on adaptable education in the use of automated systems, personal and computers and software programmes is essential.

· A display of intense attention to detail and superlative communication skills, both oral and written.

· Strong leadership skills.

· Proven records in delivering operating results and standards in international four/five star hotels.
